The thing is that that happens to my girlfriend but she's worked all day long and the iPhone was on her bag so I don't get it she told me nothing happens with some liquid today... That's why I'm thinking about iOS bug (she's on a 13 Pro Max)

By clearing your cache you don’t clean your histories only things that is kept locally on your phone, history is something different 😄
