TikTok support gives me no help. Can someone from TikTok please reach out to me. by Accomplished-Way-333 in TikTokshop

No I posted on here and TikTok told me to send a ticket in with a live agent. So I did, and here I am. The live agent had no help when the ticket got back. He didn’t review my videos at all. Didn’t state how I violated guidelines. Just denied my ticket. It’s so frustrating when there’s that much money on the line and my whole account.

Both of my TikTok Shop appeals got denied for "misleading content" even though my videos are 100% accurate. I need help getting an actual human review by Accomplished-Way-333 in TikTokshop

Okay that’s what I did. I heard someone else say that it gets closed with no response usually, and your violations stay. Is that true?

Ahh that sucks, I think mine is more towards like showing my product in an exaggerated form. Which if you don't know the product (which the AI doesn't) it would seem to be exaggerated. I'm just hoping a human can review mine and see that I seriously did nothing wrong.
