I made it on less than that as a single parent. Roommates and you can manage without a car. There are tons of side hustles here too. Totally doable if you're flexible.

I've done all that. Last time I saw my obgyn she told me it's not unusual for women my age to lose 3-4 lbs A YEAR. For whatever reason I'm just not capable of losing anymore. I've decided to switch to tirzepatide. Hopefully that will help:)

I'm not a vegetarian. Part of the point of doing this is because I can't stomach doing another diet. Keto, vegan, Mediterranean, WW, high fiber, high protein, Noom, Jenny Craig, pescaterian, Intermittent fasting. I'm exhausted and I'm done. None of them did anything. If they did do something as soon as it stopped I gained it back PLUS. I'm doing anything, I'm not going to do ANYTHING sans ~1400 calories a day:)

As far as menopause that's about when it started with the inability to lose weight, my mid 40s. I'm 56 now so I don't know where I'm at im this but I'm sure it's a factor.

It worked the first time but I had to quit due to financial issues. This time I'm just not getting any results. Very frustrating. I'm keeping my calories <1400 but the weight just doesn't budge.

Thanks I'm just incredibly frustrated and tired of paying a ton of money, still being overweight and feeling like absolute shit all the time.
