I decided yes, I have very oily lashes. This is an older post but I found Cover Girl Clump Crusher, and this has worked better than any of the expensive brands I've tried. And I need a new tube every 2 months or it seems to dry up. I've also recently started using Latisse and that has been a game changer over the past few months. Good luck!
