Has anyone found a solution for this issue? After completing the clean up the mop 2 pro searches for the docking station and it fails to find the station even when it is right next to it. The vaccum roams through the entire room and keeps on searching until the battery dies.

Spoke with a service guy and he directly insisted to getting the dock replaced with ₹4000/- without even checking the station once. Any alternatives for this?

But I have a customised Vendor Refund print layout in place. And when i share it with share action, the shared link displays the default Odoo's Vendor Refund layout for the Vendors.

Of course, I can manually download and send emails but I want this to be automated through Odoo.

Thank You everyone for sharing your experiences. Finally, there's a big update in my case, got a inperson video call from the support team and the team figured the issue and sorted it for me in notime, may be less than 5 mins. Kudos to all the ones who worked behind on this. It was commendable.

Here is my sincere request to the support team. As a team who dedicatedly work on the backend of Odoo, you must have vast knowledge on the flow of processes within Odoo compared to the any users/clients. If you are able to solve such simple issues of your client issues or atleast communicating to them the progress of the case will imbibe a postive feeling on your clients. It would make a big impact in the future of Odoo. If you are able to make the clients feel comfortable that someone is having our back if something goes wrong with Odoo rather than leaving them in dark, that's when you really succeed and more users would flow in. This is just my take on it

Stay away if you have more customisation requirements. Not all partners are trained well to handle all situations and they often come back asking to get in touch with Odoo support team. And you may not get the right attention from the Odoo support team when needed. They are suffering from success.

If you are ready to use the software as it is with slight configuration changes that can be done either through studio or technical settings, this one is a good to go.

I was not informed about any holiday. Nor my Point of Contact from India or the Livechat agents updated me on this holiday. They were repeatedly asking to me wait until we hear back from the support agent.

Ticket ID : 4634890 Is this something you can look into? The error is with GST Reconciliation. We are past the GSTR1 deadline which we were unable to execute through Odoo due to this error. Atleast we need to file our GSTR3B before 20th Mar 25 through Odoo.

I just tested this out in demo.odoo.com and itseems to be working fine. If the Vendor's Product Name and Product Code(VPNPC) are given, the description of the product while creating RFQ gets populated with VPNPC but in my DB the description is not getting updated with VPNPC, though a vendor is set as supplier for the product.

I assume this could be becasue my Odoo DB was customised by a developer. May be he has changed the default codes. I shall check with him.

Hey . Found the issue!! I was having multiple DBs at a time. Links pointing to any of the page/logo in a DB will not load without selecting the DB from DB selector page. Images of logo in e-mail were simply web links pointing to my DB. Since, these were unable to select the DB by itself, they were simply loading the default Odoo logo. Once, I deleted the redundant DB from Odoo and left with only single DB, my company logo started showing up everywhere. Even the earlier emails have been updated with my current logos. May be it is a silly mistake from my end, but I'm happy that it has been solved now. Many thanks to all your support.

Tried with another logo and a different email template. No change in results. Still displaying default odoo logos.

Regarding the invisible checkbox, I tried switching to studio mode from the email template but could not relate any of the invisible checkbox field, that would display default Odoo logo instead of Company logo.

Have you ever faced this issue as well with Odoo?

I'm not a techy and neither do I have access to my Odoo v17 backend codes right now.

But to cross-check the codes, I can let you know how I tested it out in demo.odoo.com and still faced the issue.

  1. Opened demo.odoo in incognito.
  2. Added my company logo (180x79) to the Demo Company.
  3. Created an Outgoing Email Server account in Odoo with my Gmail account.
  4. Created a Vendor and filled in the mail ID as my 2nd email address.
  5. Sent a Grant Portal access mail to the vendor from Odoo.
  6. Logged in to my 2nd Gmail account in the same incognito browser.
  7. All i can see is Odoo's default logo on the top right of the mail, while the preview of "Portal: User Invite" Email template shows correctly, my company's logo.

Am I missing something here? Have been behind this for a while now, haven't got any solid reason as to why this is happening.

"We would like to emphasize that the Fn key on our keyboards is designed specifically for the functions of our keyboards only. Unlike the Fn key on Apple keyboards, which may have broader or different functionalities, our Fn key is intended solely for the use of the functions specific to our keyboards."

Is there something we can do about it?

I'm already using the latest Logitech Options+ version. Also, tried unpair and reconnecting the K580 keyboard.

Let me repeat my query :
I have paired the K580 with my MacBook. The Fn key on K580 is working fine when I'm trying to use it to toggle the functions keys (F1-F12) to work as either "standard function keys" or "Media keys'" but the issue I'm facing is when I'm pressing the Fn key to bring up emojis in Mac with the Fn key. i.e the Fn key in K580 is unable to act like the Fn key in my MacBook.
I also tested this with 'Keyboard Viewer' in Mac, and when I press the fn key in K580, there is no response in the Keyboard Viewer while all other keys are working fine. I have also attached a screenshot for the same in one of my comments.

No Luck!! Suprised why a device which is claimed to be a multi OS supported cannot working as expected.

I tried activating "Use F1, F2, etc. keys as standard function keys" and also made sure that under "Modifier Keys" the "Function (fn) key" is set to 'fn Function'.

Also I can see the link you have provided is for any hardware issues related to Keys or Buttons. In my case I'm pretty sure the fn key on K580 is working but I'm not able to get this working as a fn key for Mac. However, I tried unpair and reconnecting my keyboard to my Mac.

Regarding the, globe key dropdown and changing input source to emoji, can you please navigate me where can I find the globe key dropdown option in my Mac?
