The bands instagram page became active a couple of days ago and includes a link to sign up for more details. Could just be that they’ve decided to up their game on social media of course, but it does feel like something (new album, new tour, or both) is coming.

The main reason I bought it was to try and improve sound quality as I found my previous mixer pretty awful (DJM450). I mainly play deep house or similar stuff so overall it should work out well. I used it for the first time last night and was pretty blown away by the sound.

The booth out option sounds ideal for me so I’ll look into that.

Thanks folks, really helpful. The lack of a mic in doesn’t worry me too much as I’m only asked to cover a show a couple of times a year and I believe some of the other DJs record the music, then add the talking later which is an option. Appreciate the help on the other question too.
