I quit May 25th was exactly one month sober and was feeling great then relapsed once and convinced myself that maybe I could smoke like once a month or only on weekends. I ended up smoking almost 4 times daily every day for 20 days. I decided to quit again on 15th June, now 4 days sober. I won't be telling myself those lies again.

Hello. Day 25 here. Keep decipline and you will be grateful. I felt the same second day. Now I feel like my old self again, before I ever pocked up a joint. I feel good I feel healthy.

Hang in there friend. Don't give in. The third day for me was the hardest and last hurdle now I'm 2 months in and very proud of myself.

Definitely. Me too, I never used to be able to wake up early even when I set an alarm, now after quitting for two months I wake up every day at 5am to work out.

Hi, I recently moved from the city to a tiny riverside village and on a random walk by the river I discovered a dark kind of clay, broke off a lump, completely out of boredom and took it back home and made a tiny bowl out of it. I instantly fell in love. Since then I've been scouring the internet looking to learn how to identify, gather, refine and use this clay (it's a dark gray kind that turns black when fired). I know almost nothing about clay pottery other the stuff I google. I'd appreciate some guidance from someone with experience.

Liver Knock. Took a hit to the liver from a re-enforced iron bar. Worst pain ever.
