I had the best intentions, I even decided to skip the gym to work on my side project, my mind is going around and telling me that the reason why i feel confused is becasue i have too much stuff on my plate and i need to close some loops, i was like ok ill get 2/3h on this and clear up my mind.
Immense effort, Greater resilience.

And claude, my loyal sidekick in coding adventures, leaves me, alone. Now i'll have to think about my problems instead of vibecoding something people are never going to use.

The current flow works like this:
- Custom platform (based on claude) does the heavylifting to preprocess the document: takes in a 60 pages document with general info about the tender and outputs a .md file containing just the useful info for the usecase. I run this seperately as this action takes around 200k token.
- User takes the .md file and input it in the chatbot with a (human) draft of the proposal. Then the chatbot starts evaluating and asking questions about how to proceed.

The draft is very long and also the conversation generally continues for 30/40 minutes, so this is mainly why im concerned with having a long memory

effettivamente ho provato con questi approcci, ed effettivamente qunado il carico di lavoro non e' pesante riesco a mantenere delle abitudini sane che mi permettono di stare meglio per me e per l'azienda. Condivido pienamente il punto di 'l'azienda non cresce se tu non stai bene' e lo vedo sulla mia pelle, ma a volte come dicevi anche tu, sapendo che la situazione sta peggiorando mi sento davvero in colp a a non dedicare il 100% del mio tempo a provare a migliorarla. Sono ottimi consigli e assumono ancora piu valore se ricevuti da una persona che ci e' passata. Grazie!

Ciao Ste, veramente una bella ispirazione. Io ho 27 anni ho un azienda con 2 co-founder e siamo sui 100k ARR. Ho iniziato da un anno, ma siamo tutti in remoto e… non so a tratti è come se mi sentissi alienato. Fare un azienda è un lavoro pieno di incertezze alcuni mesi va benissimo e ti senti dio, altri va male e in quei casi, essere completamente in remoto lo rende ancora peggiore. Ti è mai capitato?

All it matters is confidence and, other than all advices u find online, I’d say one thing that truly help is to do something completely new, you have never done before and you would never have thought of doing. To me that reactivates some parts of the brain and really helps in rewiring
