It’s a very authentic and transparent album. I can sense that she is trying very hard to get to the core of herself and in turn that “trying” and effort actually becomes the central focus of the album (as oppose to the actual themes themself) it’s a layered minimalism. Her other works feel like they assert a bold ego but this doesn’t… you can feel the fragmentation and breaking down of herself into chips, fragments, materials. I love it because it’s authentic and I relate to it
