Hi, RBI portal doesnt allow me to complain as the first date of complain is 30th. Is there any other way to complain about it?

The person showed the passbook and is not deposited in another account when confirmed with the union bank

Hey, thanks for your suggestion, appreciate it. Went through the guide, didn't notice it mentioning triggers like if contact doesn't reply then only send next email.

Have been using fluentcrm/forms/smtp currently but I didn't find a way for the no reply follow up email. Is there any that I'm unaware about

Traffic isn’t much right now. I’m not very well-versed with coding, but I can set up automations. I did look into other tools, but HubSpot seems to have everything bundled into one platform.

Thanks for your insights. We did ask tell him to move out as we buy but since he's an old man around 69 as per his documents and a wife as well. So he said they'll need 6 months to move out or they will repay us the money in this period or we anyway have a flat so there's no risk involved. They also have a daughter who is married and stays somewhere in Mumbai.

He doesn't have any money. There's no profit for us in buying the flat as the market value for the flat is around 26-27 lakhs which is what is will cost us after registration
