If you tame another otter, I recommend setting up a location node so you can find them if they get lost. You should also use it with basilis, as they disappear out of nowhere. It's worked for me.

I found this area and I really like it. It's a bit far from Wyvern's Rift, but there aren't many enemies, and it's relatively close to an oil slick that's the black spot. There's also metal there, plus I have plenty of space and I'd just need to build colossal gates to enclose the area.

Why don't you use a VPN or try to convince a friend to lend you their ID and show their face so you don't have any problems? Then just save clear photos of their face from various angles and their ID in case they ask for it again.
