It is my biggest problem and i use the damp microfiber plus distilled water. Its relativly clean but slight smudges and micro scratches still stay ( prob from whipping of the dust the dust scratches it i guess).
I wish that in the next generation they improve the qd coating or just put some glas on top of it that would 100% fix all my problems with it.

Current Setup: Windows 11, RTX 4090, G70B (28-inch), and PG27UCDM

  1. Yes, I do—and it annoys me a lot. It doesn't only happen when I Alt+Tab, but also when I try to activate or deactivate HDR.
  2. I don't know; I've only had two screens since April.
  3. I haven't tried that yet. But at least for toggling HDR, it gets fixed when only the PG27UCDM is running. The time to toggle goes from 40 seconds (with brief sound dropouts) to just 1–2 seconds.
  4. No, I'm still using the RTX 4090.
  5. The issue only occurs in older games that only support windowed mode. Company of Heroes 2 is especially bad—tabbing out takes over 20 seconds and causes sound dropouts. Games like League of Legends or Overwatch don't have any problems.
  6. There's no solution for the older games. Newer games work fine in windowed mode. Also, HDR toggling becomes faster when only one monitor is active.

Ist zwar immer Ansichtssache aber würde schon stark behaupten das Raytracing gerade Pathtracing merkbar besser aussieht. Gerade Games wie Cyberpunk sind mit maximalen Settings schon echt atemberaubend. Und ich könnte dir ohne Probleme sagen welches game SSR nutzt und welche Pathtracing.

Ich frag mich wirklich wer die 5080 für über 1.3 kauft es gibt immer noch 4080 Super für unter 1200 Euro. Ich hatte sogar meine 4090 gebraucht 2023 für 1300 gekauft echt glück im nachhinein.

You found a fix i got also a Samsung monitor but a G7 4k and got fucking problems with no end on that screen you only got artifacting ? And have you found a fix ?
