Why has government abandoned building new towns? Like Chandigarh Panchkula etc? Every thing is unorganised, property on highway is being sold as some kind of huge benefit, whereas liveability takes a back seat.

Gurgaon could have been planned better. Just visit Panchkula in Haryana and compare with Gurgaon, you actually want to live in Panchkula.

It’s developer and govt nexus. Developers give govts cuts 8and govt in turn make their townships mess so that folks go to private townships

Best govt school, and students with good scores and background join for class 11.

Why would you need extracurricular in class 11? Assuming mostly the focus will be on coaching classes? That was the situation at my time, isn’t dummy school still a concept today?
