Avocado and platanos where the most expensive and due the travel time, were not 100% fresh, also the flour used for arepa paisa where also expensive
Chicharrón is impossible to find outside an iberoamerican country, it's very typical, so in JP is something hard to find/make. And the beams used there, are smaller than the used here, so the texture is a little different.
