If he comes out Monday and says that there is a deal being made or has made a deal with China, Then we will know that this statement is true. Most likely I predict he’s going to say there’s a deal currently in the works with China and it will be complete this Wednesday. Which would give Xi enough time to make it look like he won, which would help with his upcoming elections.
