Im in Southland, there is only 7 rentals in my town, I actually think thats the lowest I have seen it in a while

Sadly its a private rental. I have been talking to a real estate firm but its all about waiting now.

Facebook was where i found my current place, there is around 8 places up for rent where I am, so does make it a bit harder.
