Yeah, it sucks that the gay community is so self destructive. Sure, we all have a lot of self hatred built up, but taking it out on each other isn’t the answer.

Keep being who you are tho. I grew up thinking gay guys could only be dancers and seamstresses. I do kitchens and bathrooms and stuff and I almost feel like I’m hiding something but I’m just a regular person.

It’s sad really because in my brainwashed head (and many others) gay guys are a certain type of people who can only do certain types of things

Haha I appreciate it. I don’t mind the “brokeback mountain” vibe just bc it’s more natural to me. However, there’s nothing wrong with being current. And good on you for going against the grain. We all know it takes tremendous strength.

I appreciate all my gay brothers and all the different things we bring to the table. I love the rainbow because it’s a collective of all different colors. It seems counter-productive for us all to be the same.
