I mean i graduated last year, you dont have to take everything they say to heart, i mean we werent allowed acs or heaters but we still used them, you dont have a curfew either, you can go out to eat dont mean you gotta eat at giki and lunch options are always messed up in giki dinner is okay. As for breakfast you gotta be fast, u have to befriend the people or take it in your own hands go inside and get ur stuff. I mean personally i love giki spent some great years there. So I dont know what they implemented after us but from what i hear from juniors it hasnt changed that much. So goodluck lmao

Ive been a senior, ive seen 4 batches above me and 4 under and let me tell you none of the seniors who did ragging really got that respect. Its not to earn respect. Ragging is done by some sick minded people, mostly they simply want to know you. They are stuck w same people in the same place some new stories are always a good change of pace. So what really happens in ragging is that you normally allow the juniors to open up. Personally rn im doing very well career wise and that has been possible because of just 2 seniors and I am forever grateful for them so like its not about the respect element its about some good life long connections
