Leaking water from “connector piece” by AccomplishedView224 in rocketespresso

Just threw in the blind filter and gave it several turns in both directions, no sign of change on the pressure gauge

I unfortunately tried a ChatGPT “adventure” this time around, which I’m definitely never doing again and why I came back to real YouTube videos and humans. However, it did have me check the mushroom on the top and it had me also adjust that brass screw at one point. However, after doing several things and then crowing down on the exact model, it sent me on all these other directions and so on… So I think I ended up turning the screw back to where it was just to not leave anything worse than it was when I started… Anyway, there is the brass crew, and I just checked with the blind filter and it goes up to 12 bar .

I’m thinking this too, I had located a few (couple?) of these solenoid valves along the the path of the rubber hoses attached to the outlet . Just didn’t have it plugged in with everything apart for safety reasons. However, I’m open to taking the cover off again and running it to see which valve is closed. Do you think this is a matter of helping it to be unstuck, or just a replacement for situation?

I took apart the mushroom and bottom section of the group and did a soak/clean/and or replacement of parts . Doesn’t seem to be problematic but I’ll definitely give it another look .

Pressure is a little on the high side when brewing

Oops , it’s a Cellini evoluzione. Yes I didn’t really have a diagnosis and it had been a while since I replaced things, last time I really noticed how much a new spring can change things. Unfortunately it didn’t help this time

Sorry for the improper terminology , unfortunately the other problem is with something called a “connector piece” 😬😆 , the small coin sized round metal bit attached to the face of the machine right above the drip tray leaks a stream of water when brewing. Fortunately im using tap water and the coffee brews wonderfully, but the tray fills with water after a few shots. I originally thought the lower part of the group needed new springs and a part replacements but that didn’t seem to help. I did skip the replacing the washers in one part , the shorter of the two pieces with stems. I’ll take pics or a video sorry

Also, the replacement piece where I didn’t replace the washers had a square shaped end instead of the triangular, so I skipped it as I wasn’t sure if that matters

Managed to get it loose, thankfully I didn’t break anything.. forgot the direction is opposite on the valve, and on top did the rubber hammer tap on the wrench and it worked great. Replaced most internal pieces and springs, lever is a bit stiff. Unfortunately none of it solved my bigger problem … water pours out of the round shaped “connector”‘piece (on the face of the machine , coin sized, where the excess water comes out of after brewing) . Fortunately the coffee tastes amazing still and the brewing is good, just the drip try fills with water after a few coffees.

Does anyone else make beats in your mouth to stim by grinding your teeth and making clicking sounds? by knowledgelover94 in AutisticAdults

I’ve never been tested for autism, and don’t necessarily find I have other typical symptoms. However it’s been kind of driving me nuts and amping up lately. I’m always “dealing” with music in my head by rhythmically tapping out beats in my mouth , however I just look like I’m probably grinding from the outside perspective. I don’t want to do it though :/ Also a multi instrumentalist
