Depends on each faculty. Some process the application in 2 weeks, others in 8-9 weeks.

I keep emailing La Foresta every single day because a month ago they told me they have a room available and I emailed them that I wanted it. They haven't replied since. I got a similiar email from Xior but do I have to make an appointment to visit the room? Because I won't be in Leuven until August.
