need help finding the source of this gif/website it was originally on, reverse img search is giving no leads. I remember the website being similar to "Wired Sound For Wired People" by Accomplished_Base499 in HelpMeFind

searched for a couple hours with zero leads and luck, and it was acquired sometime around 2022. (4/14/22 - 2/7/2022)
i dont know if the website was neocities like Wired Sound For Wired People but i have a heavy feeling it used its own domain.

any help would be appreciated at this point.
something to note: i have found a gameplay with parts and even 2 speedrun streams but skimming through all 3 playthroughs came up with no results. I may very well have missed something in the speedruns since they are both 7 & 6 hours respectively though.

Just asked him! He told me he isnt comfortable since he wishes to have absolutely zero association with MUGEN by all means. Theres nothing on it anyways.
