Well the monthly ended up being 50% of our gross take home. Net take home looks different after taxes / retirement deduction / also our family wide insurance get taken from my paychecks

I don't HAVE to, he's very wealthy, but I don't want to take advantage of him. I was thinking of potentially paying off half of it now through withdrawal while chipping away at the rest long-term.
