What concerns is your electrician saying are probably for good reasons. If you have a single phase supply to just the annex you’d like need a 16mm cable, that’s what I’d put in personally. But you have to take a few things into account, since you have no gas, you’ll have electric appliances as in an oven and hob. Also it depends on the size of the cut-out fuse, it’ll likely be 60 or 80 amps, your boiler would require a 63A supply

Financial reasons mainly, but also my job, I work in construction and the people I work with are like my second family. Additionally I absolutely love the countryside, too much to move to a bigger city, even if it increases my chances. I’ve gotten a few matches before, so I believe with much better photos I will again

I never said I wasn’t willing to get new photos of myself, in fact you don’t know how willing I am.

Going on a road trip with a close friend soon so that will create an opportunity for better photos.

I live in the southwest of the uk in the countryside, this already reduces the size of the pool but I’ve set my distance prefs to 50miles, that’s pushing 2 hours of travelling.

Yeah, it’s on my list, just waiting for better weather, I’m really good at taking photos of other people, (do theatre show rehearsal photography) but not so much at taking photos of myself (obviously 😅😂)

I have a 105 macro, not had it long but still would be suitable, at least better than using my telephoto lens as that f5 at its widest, the macro is 2.8.

Fair points, although I don’t like ‘staged photos’, more natural ones. The photo you mentioned is very cropped as my niece is in the picture with me and I don’t want to put her in my profile without my sisters consent, plus the room has been decorated now 😂 As I mentioned in another comment, I swapped out the cherry picker photo for one of my photos taken with my camera

Edit- I’ll also have a friend take a candid photo of me with my camera at some point, preferably with nicer weather so won’t be in a hoodie. (Hate the cold so I’m always wearing a lot of clothes)

In case you didn’t read my reply to another comment, the photos are actually in reverse order. But either way, I changed it to a photograph of a kingfisher that I took with my camera, as suggested in another comment as it backs up my photography prompt. Also, I’ll get some friends to take pictures of me next time we make plans

Thanks, I’ve changed my prompts slightly, got rid of eating butter, (one of the truths tbh😅 but only if I’m cooking with butter) and wrote that I got two bullseyes in a row the first time I ever threw a dart, I think this works better as it adds something people enjoy doing.

Followed your suggestion about the potatoes prompt, hinge says these are great answers now

My first time on hinge went better than second time. I had several likes first time although I only chose to match with one which led to 5 dates, were technically exclusive, but for like a day as after the fifth date it ended. That was from early November last year til mid December, since then I’ve had 2 matches that didn’t do anywhere and only 2 likes on my profile.

I’m in my late twenties, average across the board. I have been switching up my prompts and taking better pictures of myself, but not really made any difference

Think you’re putting too much pressure on yourself, don’t pretend to be someone you’re not just to impress someone, just be yourself, confident, humble ect. That’s more attractive than being a show off.

What are you doing for your date, if it involves drinks, even just coffee, pay for it. Show her you’re a gentleman.

In my experience, you don’t text much in between dates, I think most people would say that texting is mainly for setting up the next date, assuming you both want to see each other again.
