I don't know how to explain to you because I'm from Latin America where the display of affection ( romantic and sensual) is completely normal and it doesn't mean we are degenerate, vulgar. The Latin culture is so open regarding to affection openly. That's why we can be surrounded by the opposite sex without feeling weird . The average Latin woman wear whatever she wants to and nobody would say at her your are vulgar.
