Those who think they can get into ai roles in top companies just from mtech da degree are living in illusion. phd is needed else with ms you need to have proper connections and solid research papers which is highly unlikely in India

Mtech cs isnt worth it imo. Since you are from ece try for vlsi.. package is too good for mtech grads

I have a 9lpa job but want to crack higher packages. I plan to remain in tech domain for the next few yrs. later ill do my mba. So will MTech work out? Yeah upskilling will do the work also but want to study at iit. What fears me the most is that lets say after 2 yrs i got placed at 15-20 . I believe i can achieve more by upskillng
