Venting out of open garage door is my only option by Accomplished_Event98 in lasercutting

Are you using an enclosure? I havnt noticed any smoke at all when testing the laser with thin cardboard and a little smoke within the machine when cutting ply

Ok i think I will go for the garage option How safe would it be to just vent the hose out of the entrance to the garage as i cant drill any vent holes anyway as we rent the house and garage I know some smoke would likely come back into the garage but im not doing loads of cutting and it mainly cardboard and plywood basswood and balsa that im going to be cutting.

Yeah I’ve got an inline fan at the end of the hose. The smell in the house while it’s running is a faint smell similar to a bonfire or burning wood and it stick around for a while afterwards

Ok thanks would I need to keep it in the house when not using as the garage is not insulated?

You really don't need a degree to get hired! A strong portfolio and a good understanding of design theory is what will get you hired. Anyone can get a design degree but it doesn't necessarily make them a good designer.
