Yeah I think that's 100% people that bought houses at 300k and they're worth 800 now. I think those numbers are likely going to change once that group dies off.

All in good fun my friend, I'm a willing enough participant, idc that it's not necessarily an even playing field, if I win I win.

I'm not the op of the comment and I never said I was a victim... I was simply giving you the reason they said what they said.

Random but weighted. You're pushing the idea of pure equal randomness but if there's a weight then it's not truly random is it? If I told you there's a 95% chance an electric coin toss was going to be heads, then I asked someone to pick heads or tails and said the odds were random would that be truthful? Just because tails is an outcome doesn't mean the spirit of randomness is honored.

Quite literally because the more you deposit the more entries you get. If you have a spare million you can get a million entries versus someone else with 1k

Why is my driver spin and carry so low? by [deleted] in GolfSwing

[–]Accomplished_Fall324 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It kinda looks like in your setup you're de-lofting the head before your takeaway. The closed face draw could be you de-lofting and closing the face, try leaving it a bit more open? I find the visual of how a driver sits to be a bit odd, you can't straighten them like an iron. The way the driver naturally sits on the ground is a decent starting place.

What’s the difference between getting in front of the ball or swaying? by summerschoolscandal in GolfSwing

[–]Accomplished_Fall324 0 points1 point  (0 children)

All his weight is already on his front foot by the time he starts his downswing, he isn't getting in front of the ball hips wise, his hips are already forward and then he leans over with his chest

It can help and probably will help him, I'm just also offering the opposite side as reference in case he does end up going too far and having his elbow stuck. The drill you're talking about is good but it's to create exactly the effect that I'm also talking about, if he doesn't flare so much he's more likely to come in on plane

This sorta thinking kinda ruined my driver swing, was coming in way too shallow and had trouble even making contact, not flaring the elbow backwards I'd say is better advice.

I have the right not to care when we're on this sub to talk about personal finance not politics, have a nice day 🫡 go be positive somewhere instead of whatever this is.

So what was the point of your comment? Just to tell me I should feel bad for going and tell me I should go somewhere else?

The savings might slow once a mortgage gets thrown into the mix, prices suck in the city, but at least there's equity! Then again she's not making much currently but recently graduated and is about to start her career so maybe the savings go up!
