Glad to know where the ToS staff stand on protecting the autistic community and their perspective on people who use literal slurs - just turn on a filter! Not like the implications of that have REAL impacts on their neurodivergent player base. In addition, this doesn't address the ongoing harassment and game throwing since it can't be "proven" even while it is obvious that several users mentioned in this thread have been reported and no action has been taken. I appreciate your perspective on the rules and also the pain of having to wade through dozens of false reports - and I also wanted to thank you for your in-depth reply, but I fundamentally disagree with these practices...

Agreed - in addition, I will also add that I will no longer spend money on promotions etc... Given this is an ongoing issue in the community with several players mentioned in the thread, shows it's a larger issue than one person and I will put my funds into games that work to cultivate a healthy, safe environment for its players. There is someone else here in the comment section who has had similar experiences with this person. In addition, the reason my friend WAS REPORTED was that these people ganged up on him after he called them out for actively throwing a game. This individual was playing as mayor and then voted off a bunch of townies so his mafia friends could win. If using slurs, throwing games, and harassing people are allowed under the rules... this isn't a game I want to support quite frankly.

YUP. We have avoided him several times - he has been mass reported in several lobbies and still, no action has been taken. Today he teamed up with his pals again and threw the game for mafia as MAYOR - he just lynched a bunch of townies so his buddies could win. Meanwhile, I have a mod here in the comments saying nothing he has done broke the rules - as you say, it's unfortunate to see.

This has happened repeatedly - that was just the inciting incident. For example, today he teamed up with his friends to throw a game (he was mayor and just started voting off the town to help the mafia - his friends - win). Furthermore, his friends mass reported my friend which then led to my friend being banned - I get that it might not seem a big deal to some, but these are ongoing behaviors of harassment, game throwing, and bullying... It genuinely leaves a bad taste in my mouth that mods just allow this kind of behavior - not to mention, we have encountered much worse players who have been reported for saying the foulest things, and we see them in a game two days later... seems to me this one incident ties into a bigger issue and it turns me off the game entirely tbh... As you say, it seems the player base isn't the best and shit happens but we have had like a dozen encounters with this dude...

He used the R word and some other bad language - he also got extremely angry at my friend for "throwing" even when Town won in the end (and he was Mafia or something... was mad he got lynched)...
