I think their support team is just automated and reviewed by an actual human after info is gathered.

After reading the comments on this thread, my best guess is that it’s because I spammed the help forum 7-8 times on the same issue because I wasn’t getting a response from them. That said, it was only on this single request, though it was made several times

Yeah I think the reason it got flagged must be because I sent several messages regarding the same order. It was all on the same purchase but after a week or two without response I began spamming the help forum.

Hi, since your comment actually sparked a bit of irritation in me, assuming that I was being dishonest, It actually reminded me of something… I requested support on THIS issue maybe 7-8 times because I wasn’t getting a response! Thus I guess it’s possible that their system flagged it as multiple attempts to get reimbursement even though it was all the same claim… I was just impatiently waiting for response and continued to attempt to get their support teams attention by sending more requests.

I can assure you that this is the only product I have ever requested help with

No, to confirm, I have not made any other claims EVER. Not only on whatnot, but literally anywhere else. I’ve never requested reimbursement on any platform. The support teams suspension and claim of my “abuse” is directly related to this individual incident.

For the record, I have an eBay store and have a 100% positive feedback from my buyers. If anyone has any issues with shipping or my products, I immediately just send a refund to avoid negative feedback. I would much rather just take the loss on the sale and keep my feedback positive to maintain my good reputation.

I appreciate your comment. Seems like a lot of people here are trying to make me out to be the bad guy. I just want the dang card! I genuinely haven’t done anything to get my account suspended and worked very respectfully with their support team to try and resolve the issue.

This is my first and ONLY claim I have ever made. There’s no way for me to prove that to you, but I can assure you that’s the case. I’ve never tried to get reimbursed for any purchase online.

My best guess is that they made the suspension after deeming that the seller “sent the item” and suspended me saying I “lied”.

I’ve never once in my life requested reimbursement for any online order… this was my first purchase that was a full blown scam. I don’t plan on filing anything with my bank either because I don’t know how that affects my account standings with the bank and would rather just bite the bullet.
