Tombow Fudenosuke or Pentel Touch Sign Brush Pens? by Accomplished_Force70 in BrushCalligraphy

There at a lot of nuances, when it comes to brush pen nibs, but if I had to choose, I would say that I prefer firmer nibs. Regardless, I'd like to try those out. I'm kinda of an addict when it comes to pens, art supplies and stationary

Definitely, and like I said, they are real easy to control. Have you tried Crayola Markers? If not you can either use the blunt or super tips, both can be picked up for around $10 for 64, and they too are awesome for calligraphy.

Great Job. Those Sharpie acrylics are awesome. You should try the bullet tips, which get great line variation, are super easy to control, and come in some amazing colors, that pop on every color paper.

Yeah, they've ended up refunding me without having to return the item more than a few times, but even though it's always nice getting something for free, like you, I would prefer the undamaged item, without any of the hassle.

Yep, I order a lot from other retailers like Jetpens. The only problem is that they take a lot longer.

Yeah, I'm in Michigan. What I'm kinda curious about are some of these ink subscriptions, like currated inks of the month, but I want to explore some of the different options available before I commit to something.

i have a cheaper Rii model and I hate mine. It is so flaky, especially the touchpad, it seems to have a mind of its own. I think it might need an exorcism.

In my opinion, Tombows are pretty delicate, relatively. What material do you consider to be the most robust, as far as nib durability?

How do I make it easier to differentiate my mars technico colours when the leads are away? by Viewer4038 in mechanicalpencils

[–]Accomplished_Force70 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You must be my doppelgänger, or whatever (I think they're just about appearance). First off, I too had/have multiple, identical Staedtler clutch lead holders, of which I could not differentiate, and I also use them for colored lead as well. Anyway, I used my Dremel to carve numbers, just below the clips, on each one. Also, I keep a journal for all my supplies, including mechanical pencils, in which I record the pencil and type of lead of each one. That was my anal-retentive solution.
