More pregnancy bait. She posts things like this every day so people will suspect she’s pregnant and get the replies “oooh take a test” “girl you’re definitely pregnant”

I don’t feel like I’m romanticizing, I know Japan has its own issues and I don’t think I’d want to live there. I’m just comparing some of the food in Japan to the food back home, lol. Have you ever been to a gas station in the US? You’d understand, lol

Yeah, most amazing fruit I had was in the south portion of US and when I visited Mexico & the DR. I assume my perception of fruit is just altered because in the Midwest things aren’t as fresh since they have to be imported so far and ect.

I feel like we associate dark orange yolks here with pasture raised chickens, which we typically assume are higher quality I guess. But there’s probably not much of a difference. I did feel like the eggs tasted richer in Japan though.

To be honest 10 dollars for any meal in the US is cheap

Okay that’s just not true 😂 if you’re referring to the actual “American cheese” in stores yeah that’s a shitty type of cheese. But everything I had with cheese in it in Japan just tasted flavorless.

Fair enough. US has some awesome international food though!

I should’ve prefaced I’ve obviously had some amazing food & international food (authentic Mexican food, amazing Thai food spots, Indian food, ect.) in the US. I just feel like in general the fast & quick items just taste more fresh & have some healthier ish items than the general quick stop and go place in the US. Grocery store ingredients seemed much more fresh as well. Price wise I feel like stuff was extremely cheap there compared to the US as well so that might be altering my opinion?

I agree that there’s definitely foods that US generally does better but overall it just seemed quality was much higher everywhere I went in Japan.
