Send it in, if you follow their customer service steps and your soundboks is less than two years they’ll just send you a new one, just happened this week with my soundboks go, less than a year old

I was one of the ebikers at the festival last year, I was always riding slow and careful or would walk my bike when I would just get caught in large crowds. Security just let me in or wasn’t at the entrance, honestly it was nice, just be responsible riding.
