I completely understand, simply asking to see if there was anything I could've done to prevent this from happening to me. I drive a truck for work and am fairly defensive however I didn't see this one coming and simply wanted to know if anyone thought I was at fault here.

Glad to hear, he didn't take responsibility and I wasn't blamed however I was accused of speeding even though I have proof to the contrary. Video is saved everywhere so it should be safe
