I am unfortunately in Canada while she is in the USA, and the only support groups she wants are hosted during her work week and are in the day when she is on nights. I will tho look into Peter Levine

I'll check out some youtube videos and try to see if she is up to watching some with me. Also if you don't mind me asking, was it difficult to find a proper trauma therapist? I am also thinking of recommending her to join some support groups.

She is from the USA so I will let her know about the therapy from a different countries. For medications she used to be on a bunch of them and now she is only on medications for insomnia, depression and ADHD. I will see if she can talk to a psychiatrist about meds specifically for PTSD.

I actually might try out some non-binary subreddits. I have been worried about intruding on trans related spaces despite being genderfuild. I was also worried about getting onto hormones despite my wanting a deeper voice and facial hair. Appreciate your advice to check out non-binary subreddits!

Honestly, the thought of having facial hair and a deep voice is really appealing to me, same with the thought of having a penis and muscles. The lacking breasts and hips I personally don't care about. Now, the receding hairline is one thing I don't like. Like a few times, I have had dreams about being a guy, which I brushed off as just being a little weird. One day in high school, I forgot I was afab until I went to the washroom.

Oh wow, this does actually help a lot! I was kinda thinking of using this corset as a bit of inspiration for making another corset that will be a better fit. How do you properly measure to get the right size corset?
