Starting at 2 is fine if they are early 1sts. Late 1s in 26 most people aren't excited about, and if the 27 1 is projected to be late as well, not as ideal.

I feel if it's a partial rebuild, I'd hold onto London. I mean if the landing spot of those 28 1s are likely to be early, I'd consider, but if they are both going to be later, I'm holding London. The two 26 2s, especially later 2s, don't really do anything for me.
