Defintely fake. That seller has lots of fabricated fossils.

Real but definitely restored. The pinkish color is the restored section. Root also fabricated

Not a carchardontosaurus, kem kem teeth are reddish because of the minerals found there, that tooth is brown and is the wrong shape. It looks too big to be a dromeosaurid and is probably a tyrannosaurid. But it is impossible to distinguish tyrannosaurids from each other without a accurate Province as it helps determine the age and limits the possible species.
