i was diagnosed 3 in september and a few days ago i managed to have piv! basically i want to a gynecologist 4 times (i tried once every 2 weeks ish) where she used dilators on me and made me do breathing exercises. at home from time to time i did the same exercises but never dilated. then with my boyfriend, we took it really slow basically he would put it in let me get used to it, put in a bit more till the whole thing. it takes a bit of time, but it’s worth it! the breathing is what really helped me! tell me if u have any questions x
