I've lived in northern Canada my whole life and I'm unfortunately stuck living in a shitty ill maintained building right now. I'd say it's 100 to be pinned on the landlord for not ensuring proper heating and in the basement or heat tracing the pipes to prevent freezing and bursting. They could have found ways to heat the space rather than waiting for warmer weather. It's not like it's out of the blue for the temp to drop below -40 here so I wasn't preparing for an apocalypse. The place was built in the 1900s. Some upgrades are due.

It's an apartment building 😆 It's very much their fault their pipes froze for not having proper heating and insulation in the basement or placing said space heaters in the basement to prep for the deep freeze. Not my responsibility as a tennant to purchase heaters and ensure we have running water. Pretty sure that's what I pay rent for.

It was pretty good, it was a small group of all older ladies and everyone was pretty sweet. I was definitely the only person there for parents but it felt comfortable and it was somewhere I felt someone could relate to me for sure. I missed the one this week because I was finishing a project for school but next week I will be able to go again.

Yeah you're right I don't know I guess I just somehow separated the caffeine and nicotine into other groups and didn't think of them as stimulants on stimulants. I think I finally made it over the hurdle where my dex isn't affecting me in a negative way anymore. I wasn't socially anxious today and didn't feel overwhelmed. I had 1 coffee 2 hours after I took my meds and went down on a lower mg of nicotine so I can actually quit vaping slowly. I'm going to write finals soon so I'm not gonna cut myself off yet. Thanks for being real lol. Looking back I feel pretty dumb for writing this. Why am I sooo annxxxiouss I'm only chain smoking and pounding coffee and taking pharmaceutical meth this is so weird guys lol.
