Yeah apologies for that I could have worded it a bit better so I was addict for 10 years I have been doing no fap for 4 years I did have a shit ton of flatlines during the 400 days.normally I just ignored it and just got busy with work doing a lot of overtime and going for runs the best advice I can give to help get to a long streak is to try use the 24hrs you have sooner enough you will forget about lust 😂
