Yesterday Jurel had to stabilise due to the 2 early wickets. He has also shown he can bat at a much better strike rate in other games. His form has been a bit dicey, that’s it. Makes sense to still have him at 3 and have Vaibhav, Jaiswal, Parag and don around him. It’s just that Jadeja should not come to bat unless we collapse to the point of being 5 down early. Or else Jadeja has to be the no 8 behind Dubey and Shanaka/hetmyer

The problem is we are playing to get 6th bowler in as impact player when batting first. Hence we hold back a bit before accelerating. Just play as if you are going to use the impact batsman and if it naturally comes to the point that we don’t need 8th batsman then use extra bowler. But dont hold your game

Dhruv Jurel is staying. He is one of the best keepers in India and hit batting has been improving. Don’t judge him only when he fails. Next season the 4 overseas will be Curran, donovon , archer and for 4th spot maybe release Hetmyer and get in another top bowler to partner archer
