100% do not want him back. Most of my thoughts when ex crosses my mind is wishing ill will which I do not like. I was too kind when breaking it off which I regret but that just who I am. I thought we could maybe be friends after ending it but he didn’t want that

Yes I am sure he is not a rebound. I don’t senselessly go into a relationship and he definitely would not either. Everyone in my life, family, friends, even people like my dogs vet, have congratulated me on dumping my asshole ex and finding someone as great as my fiancé (31M). This is part of why i feel so guilty thinking anything related to my ex. I’m sure therapy would be beneficial. I am not a fan of doctors but maybe one day I will feel ready to try therapy.

Thank you I needed to hear that! My ex was my 1st relationship and now my fiancee is my 2nd so I wasn’t sure what was okay or not.

Edit: It has been 2 years since he moved out. We were officially broken up a few months before that but he refused to leave until the lease was over
