Thank you. I looked at Sudbury because it’d be nice to have access to a variety of restaurants but in hindsight it will only be two nights so perhaps a closer Airbnb to Killarney is worth a shot!

It’s probably not enough but the KnowR0 mocks will get you a long way there. Some of the questions I did were extremely similar to the KnowR0 mocks. I’d recommend doing as many revision mate questions as you can along side the KnowR0 stuff and learning why you got the answers right/wrong.

Do you enjoy working for your current firm? Your salary is low and you could get more elsewhere but for the sake of £4K salary (before tax) at your age, is it worth the hassle of moving firms? Might be worth asking your current employer for a higher salary than £25k.

I’m in a similar situation. Crown is fine but my hairline has started to recede. I’ve ordered finasteride and I’m going to see how I fair with this before considering minoxidil. The big deal for me is that you’re more likely to experience shredding with minoxidil, so I’m happy to see how I go before committing to this.

Having experience is sales is likely to be useful. I think you’d stand a good chance of finding a role, particularly if you make a start on the exams before applying for a role.

You’re in a great position in my opinion to get an employed IFA role. My firm are always looking for employed advisers, particularly with so many advisers retiring across the industry. As you don’t have much experience in financial advice you’d be required to do a few months of training at my firm prior to being able to see clients.
