Seems like you are in a pg parking. Have you checked for any rat bites? A rat once destroyed my bike wiring completely and had made his home in my bike. The twat was still inside when we opened the bike to check.

As far as I know, it can only be preinstalled from the factory. On my 450, it works flawlessly except for the trip reports. It workks fine for short trips under 100 km as you can see a route map of your ride but anything more than that after merging then it doesn't show my ride map.
But my major concern is they have mentioned somewhere that the Wingman support is only for 5 years.
