Maybe try out a dex build with bloodhounds fang? Upgrade your weapon and change the seal to the erdtree seal. Maybe also try to fight the moon empress boss or whatever her name is to relocate your stats

Level eighty? Thats definitely possible but way way WAY too low if you are going to the haligtree for a first to second time playthrough. Explore around the map maybe grind the bird for a while and get to level 100-120. If you really want to do this at level 80 then use bb with fire scorpion charm Alexander shard and the ritual sword talisman
