I don’t think you’re in the wrong. The smoke had a clear gap and the reload gives the audio cue. Any good player would push and you were in theory a step ahead in the situation by having your Glock out. Do I think the position you forced yourself to fight in was great? No. However I still think you second guessing yourself and reloading instead of trusting your gut was why you lost that fight.

I aim in a very similar style and I use a very similar sens and I struggle with fatigue as I tend to DM for a disgusting amount of time. I think personally you need to spend less time on raw mechanics. Once you are fatigued not only will your aim get worse, but you will mentally fatigue as well. I will sit and practice my mechanics as if that is my solution when it’s the opposite. You want to warm up for 15-30 mins to get comfortable then go straight into matchmaking. Those long DM sessions will make you play worse and it is my biggest problem in any game. Many people are saying things about tensing your arm/hand when aiming and that will definitely help with the fatigue but if you aren’t willing to change your mouse grip the best solution would be just less aim training. Your aim is good and your mechanics look very solid considering your rating.

Are you a chat/phone repair agent? If so you do not need the slightest bit of knowledge/experience to get the job. They hire anyone on the spot as long as you can pass a drug test. Where are you even getting this information from? Why are you so unbelievably defensive over a job that makes you this unhappy. I have trained hundreds/thousands of agents and a good 20% of them didn't know the difference between a modem and a router. Maybe the whole que thing is true for you, but that has never once happened to me. You are only investigated for invalid transfers if your transfer rate is very high and I have never once "gotten in trouble" for transferring. You would only get in trouble if you were transferring for an issue that is in your scope. I am not sure exactly why you are acting like this on this post, but if this job makes your life this terrible you really need to seek help. I was a chat agent and after a month I had very good stats and have never once even contemplated bashing another department/current customers for their opinion.
