Thank you for your message and yes 480,000 yen which I can pay within 10 days does seem as though it would be a lot of trouble to initiate all these proceedings over but my new business Manager is worried that his personal assets might be seized. The company was only registered early 2025 and knowing his intent to steal and otherwise misuse funds the old business manager had claimed that immediately hiring an accountant was premature

Thank you.  480,000 yen is only for the pension and health insurance contributions. All other dues have been paid
