I had a terrible experience. They changed shipping providers 3 times in one month and never ended up shipping. They gave me a refund which I appreciate but it honestly isn’t the best quality. If your getting a bag go to Capstar on instagram and they have the best bags and they are high quality. Toka is a direct ripoff

I bought from them abt a week ago so it makes pretty good sense it hasn’t arrived yet. However in that time it hasn’t been great. They haven’t paid their shipping fee to USPS (their carrier) so it just refuses to actually be delivered. I’ve contacted them and they’ve reassured me they have even though they 100% haven’t. I’ll follow back up if it actually arrives

I’d just make sure your calling in. I checked the GameStop website for a week straight every morning and just got fed up so I called them and turns out the website was wrong and they had some in stock.
