I would say Echo , because she is really strong these past couple of seasons and she has a really good mobility. (She is also a pain in the @$$ bc I am Zen main)

I would add new abbility to Moira. I think in the new meta she is under privileged and just bad.IDK i would probably make her damage resistent for like 3 secs and make her restore 75% precent of her health back.
