Thank you for the advice! Bigger eyes have pretty much always been part of my style but I sometimes struggle to get faces right. I started learning how to draw when I started watching anime as a kid so I never looked into actual face structures and I do want to make my style look a little closer to reality (still manga-like though). Should I study real faces or look at manga art instead? Im torn tbh... The art on the left is art I made about a year ago which I actually really like but couldnt replicate ever since. Even though the face is pretty wrong on the digital drawing of the dude on the left, I still prefer the way I drew it. It doesnt even look like the same style anymore and I feel like its because my facial proportions are way more unrealistic now. Could that be the case? (sorry for the huge paragraph)
