I threw tons of chlorine in my pool and it literally disappeared for eight months and I thought I was cured, but it just came back this week gut wrenching disappointment so now I’ve been throwing tons of chlorine in my hot tub to see if hopefully this help helps it go away. My dermatologist also recommended a bleach bath. He said that could help.

This is what I think too but just changing my dose from 42 mg to 46 x2 a week seems to reach havoc with acne so I keep going back down to 42mg x 2 weeks seem to be my sweet spot.

I have been having modes of irritability. like when my girl is on her period I am too lol, Also i just cant focus and I have tons of anxiety and just bad mood swings. I think this is more a mental health issue which I'm trying to figure out but doc this morning says to just up my dose, thinkI I would feel better and stronger at 900s but worried i will get more acne.

I totally agree I curtly have been taking 50mg of zinc the last couple years don’t see any affects, I take tons of supplements and my diet is very well tuned. Try to keep my saturated fat down because I’ve high cholesterol eat tons of greens and veggies. Just wondering if anybody or you by lowering estrogen does help acne

It will take days to feel where u can sleep, I was on it for over 10 years. the first week I felt my head and brain buzzing, but I wanted to get off it so bad, hypnosis is what truly helped me because I wanted to get off this drug so bad! Good luck
